week 9 reflection

Hey everyone I'm Arnyah a year 10 here from Otaki College towards the end of term four for Science, English, and Social Studies my year group has been working collaboratively this our 5th and final week fully working together.

It's been a while since I last posted and I've achieved quite a lot in the last couple of weeks. Time-wise I've been pretty responsible and completed my art and writing and so has my team in that matter. I've contributed to my team by helping them with their writing and proofreading i also helped one team member with their art as the last week was quite stressful. To be honest, our whole project went really well, we did have some ups in downs with members away including myself but in the end we all got it completed.

Learning Reflection Week 6

Hey everyone I'm Arnyah a year 10 here from Otaki College and towards the end of term four for Science, English, and Social Studies my year group has been working collaboratively this is our second week fully working together, and my second week of reflection.

1. What have you achieved/learned/found out since your last post? To be honest, this week has been quite slow and in some ways, we've been lazy. We haven't achieved much since last week as a group and as peers, we've definitely got a better understanding of what we're actually doing and how we'll move forward.

2. How effectively have you used your time this week?

As I said before we didn't use it too wisely and slacked off a lot. Personally, I got more work done in one day than I did throughout the week.

3. How have you contributed to your group’s progress?

As this was again a slow/lazy week I didn't contribute a whole lot. I did contribute to our shared slide though with my own ideas/research for my individual subject as we each have our own i also may have been a bit pushy with our weekly planner trying to keep them on task and keep us up to date.

4. Something that is going well in your project:

I don't think anything is going well but nothing is going too bad.

5. Something you need to work on:

Staying on task and working together.

6. Where could you get help with this?

We could talk about the problem.

7. What are the next steps for your project?

Turning our research in speeches and starting our art piece

Learning Reflection Week 5

Hello, this is my first post. I'm Arnyah here at Otaki College and all of our year 10's from the English, science, and social studies classes are working collaboratively on a project called Power to the People This is our first week of reflection.

I think I have used my time pretty wisely this week with my deep research and group discussions we've made a pretty good foundation . I've contributed to my group's progress by sharing ideas and sticking to my own tasks . Something going well within our project is our ability to work on our own topics and managing ourselves and something we need to work on is not getting distracted and sticking to the task at hand. We could help ourselves by staying focused and motivated but also managing self as well. Our next steps personally for me are going through all my research and deciding what to keep and to not and then putting it into my own words.
